Leckhampton Town House

Mark and Liz Have owned their property for 10 years and have done small extensions and other work on the property. They wanted to do a full redecoration of the property to put their stamp on the house.

We discussed with the client colour colour palette and finishes along with products. Liz chose her colour palette for all of the rooms within the property going for a lovely subtle palette of greys and blues alongside off-white woodwork throughout.

We worked through all areas of the property completely restoring woodwork, walls, coving and ceiling. Repairing all these elements where needed as well as working with other trades like electricians and plumbers making good after their work.

This included plastering wall chases and the moving of radiators while there are quite a few areas where lime plaster walls had failed. These were taken off and replastered alongside quite a few small carpentry jobs. We spray primed all woodwork with primer and did secondary rubbing down before spray finishing with finishing coats using Benjamin Moore eggshell. All the ceilings were sprayed to white while the walls were sprayed and back rolled. Little Green paint was used on all walls the final touch on this property was to get a friend and colleague Paul to French Polish the balustrade balls and the handrail.

The clients are extremely pleased with the end result - one of the most unique houses we have ever worked on and it has ended up being the most beautiful homes.
